Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be free from perfume, makeup, stains, or damage.
- Be returned in their original packaging where possible.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns; however:
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. If approved, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund, including any reasonable return postage costs.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Hijab accessories
- Undercaps
- Earrings or jewellery
- Sale or clearance items
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Please note:
Hijabs and undercaps are final sale due to hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty.
